I am now in my 50's, and I have to agree with you. Being liked by others you work with is even more important to your job security than being competent (assuming you are not totally incompetent)!

Thanks for your comment Eileen. I see you've learned some things in those 50 years. At 20, I never understood the value of experience. As I approach 59 (next month), I've come to realize exactly how valuable it is.
